Completed in 2006, JCC Ltd is proud to have been part of this multi award winning development which comprises of 39 high quality residential units designed by Reiach & Hall Architects and Oberlanders Architects. This new building whilst contemporary, works in sympathy with the neighbouring Georgian architecture successfully integrating old and new.

HBG Construction Ltd was the main contractor on the development for their client AMA Ltd. HBG did the shell and AMA completed the internal fit-out. JCC were sub-contracted by HBG to carry out the structural and external joiner work packages.
