Designed by architects Page & Park and built by Kier Construction the student accommodation building at Fettes College is of exceptional quality and character. Comprising 96 study bedrooms, staff accommodation as well as general facilities, the new student accommodation building was built in the grounds of the original gothic style 1850s grade II listed college.

JCC carried out all of the joinery work; from the unusual 'flat' trussed roofs to the high quality material finishes all contributing to the extremely high standard of finishing’s throughout the building.
